Cucumber

Cucumber is a creeping vine plant in the Cucurbitaceae family – a similar family as melon, pumpkin, zucchini, bitter gourd, gourd. It has an original origin is in India and grows widely in Thailand. Cucumber composes of 96% water and contains a variety of good nutrition, i.e., vitamin A, beta-carotene, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, amino acids. One of the important components is Erepsin which helps digest proteins, remove old facial skin cells, and exfoliate the new cell skin to brighten, moisturize and soften your skin. Additionally, cucumber contains Cystin and Methionin that help increase your skin elasticity and slow down wrinkles.
